I am an experienced and fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

I practice in two locations in London:

Harley Street, W1 and Archway, N19.

Following a course in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy at The London Centre for Psychotherapy I then gained my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London (accredited by the BACP).

With a master's degree from The University of Edinburgh, I have worked in education and management in the UK and overseas and currently work for a mental health charity in London alongside my private practice. With an interest in continuing professional development, I have worked in The Working Men’s College, City Lit, Bridge Academy, Hackney New School and Hackney University Technical College.

I have worked as a coach, mentor, teacher and facilitator with individuals and groups from many walks of life and will endeavour to work with you in an engaging, interactive, honest and professional way.

As humans we are made up of many parts: our own unique mindset and personality, the people in our lives, the environment we were brought up in, the choices we have made and our experiences along the way, creating the current situation for each complex individual.

My approach therefore is to listen, try and pick up on and discuss what will be of most use to you and always work towards a change or a new perspective.

Based in Central London, I provide a calm and non-judgemental environment in which we can work together openly, honestly and confidentially.

I work under the BACP guidelines for ethical practice and aim to offer the same standard of service to anybody in society who may wish to contact me.

Please feel free to get in touch at any time by phone, text or email to set up a first session in which we can discuss your situation without any further obligation.

All communication will be treated in the strictest confidence and I will always aim to respond as quickly as I can.

I look forward to hearing from you.
